Resilience Education Foundation, Inc. is a New Jersey–based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and adults—particularly those with learning and developmental disabilities—to achieve academic success, emotional well-being, and lifelong independence through inclusive education, workforce readiness, and wellness support. Resilience Education Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation governed by a Board of Directors and committed to equitable educational access, workforce readiness, and mental health–informed support for learners of all abilities. Founded in New Jersey, the Foundation serves students and adults across K–12, postsecondary, and community-based settings.

To ensure every learner—especially those with disabilities or learning differences—graduates from high school or attains GED certification and is prepared for college, career, and community life. 

The Foundation provides academic, career, and technical education, as well as social and emotional supports, that strengthen readiness for graduation, GED attainment, postsecondary education, and workforce success.

Resilience Education Foundation, Inc. is governed by an independent Board of Directors responsible for policy, fiscal oversight, ethical leadership, and strategic planning. Board members serve without compensation and adhere to conflict-of-interest, ethics, and transparency policies.
