Dr. Patricia Clark-Jeter is a veteran educator, transformational school leader, and strategic consultant with more than 30 years of experience advancing student achievement, empowering educators, and strengthening school systems.
After retiring from public education in June 2025, she founded Resilience Educational Services (RES) to continue her life’s work of supporting students, families, and educational leaders through high-quality, research-based, and equity-driven services.
Dr. Clark-Jeter’s professional journey spans roles as a mathematics teacher, mathematics resource teacher coordinator, department chair, vice principal, principal, district-level administrator, and adjunct professor. Her leadership experience reflects deep expertise in instructional improvement, school culture development, systems alignment, and organizational transformation.
