Special Education

Resilience Educational Services LLC partners with Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) to deliver IDEA-compliant special education and instructional services, Child Study Team (CST) support, and professional development. All student services are provided pursuant to LEA referral, in accordance with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) where applicable, and in compliance with IDEA and N.J.A.C. 6A:14.

• All services are initiated through LEA referral
• Services are delivered off-site at school locations
• Resilience Educational Services LLC does not operate a physical clinic site
• All providers hold appropriate NJDOE certification and/or NJ Division of Consumer Affairs licensure

Instructional services are provided by appropriately certified educators and aligned to IEP goals and district-approved plans.

Services include:

• IEP-aligned special education instruction
• Push-in and pull-out instructional support
• Compensatory education services
• Targeted instructional intervention, including mathematics and literacy

We provide contracted CST services to support districts with evaluations, eligibility determinations, and staffing needs.

CST services include:

• Independent CST evaluations (educational, psychological, and social history)
• Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Eligibility determination support
• Reevaluation support
• Written reports and documentation
• Participation in CST and IEP meetings
• Consultation and collaboration with district CST members

Services are delivered off-site at school locations, as contracted by the LEA.

Extended learning services supplement school-day instruction and are provided pursuant to LEA agreement.

Services include:

• After-school instructional support
• Summer instructional support programs
• Targeted academic intervention
• Skill-building and enrichment services

Trained paraprofessional staff may be provided to support IEP implementation under LEA direction.

Paraprofessional services:

• Support instructional and related services
• Are supervised by certified or licensed professionals
• Do not provide independent instruction, evaluation, or counseling
